- Background Check Information: For driver applicants (where legally permitted), such as driving history or criminal record.
- User Content: Information submitted during customer support interactions, ratings, compliments, or any communication with EasyRideJo.
Information Created When You Use Our Services
Location Information: Depending on your device settings, we may collect precise or approximate location data using GPS, IP address, or Wi-Fi. Drivers’ location is collected when the app is running in the foreground or background. Riders may use the app without sharing location, but accuracy and features may be limited.
Transaction Information: Details of your ride requests, delivery information, charges, distance traveled, timestamps, and payment details. If someone uses your referral code, we may associate your name with their activity.
Usage Information: Details about your interactions with the app: access times, pages viewed, app performance, device information, and referring websites. Collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Communications Data: We enable communication between users (e.g., rider–driver calls or messages). We may collect call logs, timestamps, and message content for safety, support, and service improvement.

Notifications – Discounts & News: You may enable or disable marketing notifications through in-app settings.
Device Permissions
Mobile platforms require explicit permission for app access to certain data. iOS prompts you when permissions are needed; Android presents required permissions before first use. Using the app constitutes consent.
